1. Booking and Confirmation Process
Validation: All bookings are strictly subject to payment confirmation, fleet or vessel availability, schedule availability, and seat availability.
Finalization: The booking is only considered guaranteed after payment validation and the issuance of the respective confirmation voucher by TripTop.
2. Changes, Weather Conditions, and Unforeseen Circumstances
The safety and comfort of our guests are our absolute priority. In the event of:
Lack of availability on the requested date;
Adverse weather conditions that prevent the safe execution of the activity;
Operational problems or technical unforeseen issues regarding the activity;
An alternative optional date will be defined by mutual agreement between both parties to carry out the service. If it is not possible to find a new date that accommodates both schedules, the reservation will be resolved under the agreed terms.
3. What to Bring (Recommendations)
To enjoy your experience with maximum comfort, we recommend bringing:
A valid ID or passport;
Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat;
Comfortable clothing and a light jacket (essential for the end of the day or temperature variations);
Swimwear and a towel (for activities that include swim stops).
